Younder AI
Make your software work harder for your business.
Every AI tool looks good in a demo, because demos are curated. The work is telling what will survive production from what will not — before you have burned a sprint finding out.
The Problem
Pressure to add AI without a defined problem for it to solve
Manual processes that run on people remembering to do them
Customer questions taking hours to answer that a system already knows
Documents processed by hand because no system reads them yet
What We Deliver
AI & Automation capabilities.
AI agents
Systems that plan and execute multi-step tasks autonomously — querying data, triggering workflows, calling APIs and adjusting based on results.
AI chatbots & assistants
Conversational AI scoped by acceptable failure mode — an assistant that handles enquiries without a person in the loop where that is genuinely safe.
RAG & knowledge systems
Answers grounded in your own documents, with citations, so a confident wrong answer is visibly wrong.
Document intelligence
Extraction, validation and routing for the paperwork that currently consumes hours every week.
WhatsApp automation
Customer and team workflows that run through WhatsApp — the channel your customers already use.
Workflow automation
The approval, the handoff, the reminder — moved out of somebody's head and into a system that does not forget.
AI integrations
AI capability added to an existing product — scoped against real failure modes, benchmarked on real data.
Business intelligence
Data pipelines, governance and dashboards built around the decision being made, not the data available.
Proof
Products we have built in this space.
Common questions
What people ask before starting.
How do you decide if AI is actually the right solution?
+
By defining the failure mode first. If the acceptable failure rate is low, the decision logic is auditable, and the cases are well-defined — a rules engine is usually faster and cheaper than a model. AI earns its place when the problem space is too large to enumerate rules for.
What models and frameworks do you use?
+
We are not committed to any single provider. OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models and on-premise deployments all have their place depending on cost, latency, data privacy and failure tolerance. We select the right tool for the problem rather than defaulting to whichever model is most prominent.
How do you measure whether the AI is working in production?
+
We define success metrics before building and instrument the system from day one. Common metrics include task completion rate, error rate by category, escalation rate and latency. Monitoring is not optional — it is how we catch model drift and edge-case failures before users notice them.
What does an AI or automation project typically cost?
+
A focused automation — a single workflow or document extraction process — typically runs between three and eight weeks of work. An AI agent with complex reasoning and multiple integrations is larger. We scope precisely after the discovery session, and we do not start until the scope is agreed in writing.
